They collaborate with a select number of market-leading brands across multiple industries, including IT, Pharma, Automotive, and Professional Services.

As the agency continues to experience significant growth, they are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join their dynamic Creative Services team.

The role:

- Lead the end-to-end management of virtual, hybrid, and live events for global clients.
- Effective. strategic and valuable client relationship management
- Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, AV requirements, and content delivery.
- Collaborate with creative and digital teams to develop compelling event experiences.
- Ensure event branding aligns with client identity and messaging.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in high-pressure environments.
- Post-event evaluation and reporting, ensuring continuous improvement.

Candidate profile:





- 3 - 5 years' experience as a Senior Project Coordinator or Event Manager (preferably in an agency environment with experience in planning, developing, and delivering events with management responsibilities)
- Proven experience in designing and producing dynamic and creative event solutions from concept to delivery
- Proven strategic project management experience
- You will be customer centric with superior attention to detail
- You will have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be team orientated and results driven
- You will possess the resilience to handle a fast-paced working environment, be able to work autonomously, with a passion for excellence
- Experienced in managing multiple projects and prioritising tasks
