About the Organisation

The Role
As a Mechanical Labourer, you will play a key role in the assembly and fit-out of specialised emergency service vehicles. Working across a range of unique projects, you'll enjoy variety in your day-to-day work while developing your technical skills and broadening your experience within a specialist manufacturing environment.

Duties

- Assemble and fit out specialized vehicle bodies, components and equipment
- Read and interpret technical drawings, plans and specifications
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete mechanical and electrical assembly tasks
- Work both independently and as part of a close-knit production team
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized work setting

Skills & Experience

- Mechanically minded with strong hands-on skills
- Experience working on vehicles, caravans, trucks, trailers or similar equipment highly regarded
- Background in assembly, auto electrical, air conditioning, fabrication or technical work advantageous

This role would be well suited to someone with a background in auto electrical,



vehicle building, motor mechanics, fitters, or refrigeration mechanics.
