Harrison Motoring Group, a family-owned automotive business with a proud 50-year history in Melbourne's Western Suburbs, is seeking a passionate and skilled entry-level Digital Marketing/Social Media Coordinator to join our award-winning team. This role offers the opportunity to manage digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms, create engaging content, and drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage and schedule content across various social media platforms

- Create engaging visual and written content aligned with brand guidelines, including content in reel format

- Develop and execute EDM (Email Direct Marketing) campaigns

- Assist with general marketing activities as directed by the Marketing Manager

- Support the setup and coordination of shopping centre activations

- Monitor social media trends and provide insights to optimize campaigns

- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and customer engagement

- Track and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives

About you:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)





- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management

- Proficiency in content creation, including graphic design and copywriting

- Experience with EDM tools and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)

- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Loomly)

- Robust understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies is a plus

- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage but not essential
