McKinnon Heating & Cooling is a proud 53+ year-old Air Conditioning business, specialising in the sales & installation of Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning, Gas Ducted Heating, Hydronic Heating, Servicing & repairs. Being one of the largest Daikin & Brivis Dealers in the Southeast Melbourne region, we pride ourselves on supplying & servicing thousands of homes with quality products and of our strong relationships formed over the past 53 years of operation.

WHAT WE’RE AFTER

- You will provide a high level of Customer Service in and around the Melbourne & Southeast area.

- You will attend customers homes / businesses to provide them with quotations for their Heating & Cooling requirements.

- You will have Sales experience, preferably in Heating, Cooling & Hydronic.

- Will consider applicants who have a proven sales background with exceptional sales experience.

- You are reliable, motivated and eager to learn & develop your skills.

- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently build relationships quickly and close a sale.

- You are professional, well presented and personable with a positive engaging attitude.

- You have strong technical mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand heating & cooling.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Converting inbound leads into satisfied customers through a professional and consultative sales approach.

- Meeting and exceeding sales targets (KPI's) set by Management.

- Representing the McKinnon Heating & Cooling brand with professionalism, enthusiasm & strong customer focus.

- Collaborating closely with office staff & installation team to ensure the smooth & timely completion of work.

- Attend sales training with leading Manufacturers to develop product knowledge and sales expertise.
