The Role
As a Tradesperson, you will play a key role in the assembly and fit-out of specialised emergency service vehicles. Working as part of a skilled production team, you will contribute to the build process from start to finish, delivering quality work with a strong attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

- Carrying out mechanical assembly and fit-out of vehicle components
- Installing mechanical and electrical systems and equipment
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Conducting quality inspections throughout the build process
- Identifying and resolving technical issues as they arise
- Collaborating with production and engineering teams to meet project deadlines
- Maintaining a safe, organised and efficient workspace

About You
We're seeking qualified tradespeople who take pride in their workmanship and enjoy being part of a collaborative team environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A trade qualification (Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, Fabrication or similar)
- Robust mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
