Impact you will have in this role
Access Industries is seeking a creative and forward-thinking Head of Digital Transformation to lead the execution of its digital strategy and steer significant enterprise-wide technology transformation.

Reporting directly to the CEO and joining the Executive Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in modernising the organisation's technology environment, delivering enterprise applications and building the digital capabilities required for sustainable commercial growth.

With Access Industries transitioning from legacy on-premises infrastructure towards modern, cloud-based solutions, this is an exciting greenfield opportunity to lead the enterprise applications architecture and integration across finance, operations, HR, payroll, inventory and broader business functions.

A key focus will be identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, data and emerging technologies to improve business processes, strengthen decision-making and create more efficient and accessible ways of working.

This is not a traditional, infrastructure-focused role. You will combine enterprise-wide strategic thinking with practical delivery, challenging conventional approaches and developing innovative, commercially sustainable technology solutions.

Working closely with executive leaders, operational teams and frontline employees, you will lead meaningful organisational change, strengthen digital capability and ensure technology investments deliver measurable business outcomes while supporting Access Industries' commitment to meaningful employment for people living with disability.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the execution of Access Industries' digital strategy and roadmap,



translating priorities into practical initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation, modernising systems, processes and technology capability to support sustainable growth.
- Lead the implementation and integration of enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, finance, payroll, HR, inventory and operational systems.
- Establish enterprise architecture, data and systems integration frameworks that improve information flow, reporting and organisational efficiency.
- Identify and implement opportunities for AI, intelligent automation and emerging technologies to improve productivity, accessibility and decision-making.
- Partner with business leaders to improve processes, strengthen operational performance and ensure technology solutions align with organisational needs.
- Lead organisational change and digital adoption, building confidence and capability across employees with varying levels of technology experience.
- Oversee technology infrastructure, cyber security, information governance and service resilience to support reliable operations.
- Lead and develop the internal technology function, managing strategic vendors, partnerships and technology investment priorities.
- Provide strategic advice to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and Board, translating complex technology considerations into clear commercial recommendations.

About you
You're an innovative, commercially minded technology leader who combines enterprise-wide strategic thinking with hands-on delivery capability. You have demonstrated success leading complex digital transformation, implementing enterprise applications and guiding organisations through significant technology and business process change. You will also have:

- Extensive senior leadership experience delivering enterprise-wide digital transformation, with proven experience executing complex ERP, CRM and enterprise application implementations, from solution design and architecture through to systems integration, rollout, adoption and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong enterprise architecture and integration capability, with experience connecting technology, data and business processes across multiple operational functions.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power Platform and Azure, is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI, automation and innovative technology solutions to deliver practical business improvements.
- Strong commercial acumen and a resourceful approach to technology investment,



with the ability to deliver outcomes while managing budgets and competing priorities.
- Proven organisational change leadership, with the ability to build digital capability and influence stakeholders across multiple sites and levels.
- Experience within manufacturing, warehousing, complex B2B or operational environments, with exposure to SAP, Oracle or physical technology integration advantageous.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, a collaborative and hands-on leadership style, and the ability to translate technology strategy into practical outcomes.
- A genuine commitment to inclusion and a desire to create meaningful outcomes for employees, customers and the broader community.
