Role Overview

- Position Type: Full Time Permanent
- Start Date: Term 1, 2027 or earlier for the right candidate
- Location: Melbourne's Northern Suburbs
- Year Levels: Flexible — year level allocated based on school needs
- Leadership: Leadership experience highly regarded — future leadership opportunities available
- Salary: $78,564 to $118,063 FTE depending on experience and classification. POL allowances apply for leadership positions.

Role Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across primary year levels aligned to the Victorian Curriculum
- Foster a safe,



inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that supports the academic achievement and wellbeing of all students
- Implement a values-based approach to teaching that builds student respect, inquiry and responsibility
- Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records and providing timely feedback to students and families
- Build positive, respectful relationships with students, families and the broader school community
- Contribute to the broader school community through pastoral care, co-curricular engagement and a commitment to skilled growth and future leadership within the college

About You
You're a qualified teacher who:

- Holds or is eligible to obtain Australian/NZ Citizenship, PR or valid work rights (Working Holiday Visa holders encouraged to apply)
- Holds or is eligible to obtain Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration
- Has an updated resume and can provide at least two recent professional references
- Brings creativity and adaptability to lesson planning and delivery
- Has demonstrated leadership experience and is keen to grow into future leadership opportunities
- Maintains high expectations for student learning and wellbeing
