ABOUT THE ROLE:

As part of the Tony White Group, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused 4x4 Sales Specialist / Parts Interpreter to join our Coffs Harbour team.

This exciting hybrid role combines 4x4 accessory sales at our Coffs Harbour 4x4 & Outdoors store with automotive parts interpreting across our Tony White Group Coffs Harbour dealerships.

We're looking for someone with a passion for 4WDs, automotive parts and the outdoors who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service and thrives in a busy, team-focused environment.

This position is based on a 5.5-day working week, including Saturday mornings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist customers with selecting 4WD accessories, upgrades and outdoor equipment

- Provide expert product advice and recommend solutions to suit customer needs

- Prepare quotes, process orders and follow up sales enquiries

- Identify sales opportunities and build strong customer relationships

- Coordinate accessory orders and installations with workshop teams

- Maintain product knowledge and contribute to store sales targets

- Identify, source and supply automotive parts across multiple vehicle brands

- Assist workshop technicians, dealership staff and customers with parts enquiries

- Interpret parts catalogues and ensure accurate parts selection

- Process parts orders, quotations and invoices

- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely parts availability

- Assist with stock control,



inventory management and parts deliveries

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Previous experience in automotive parts interpreting and/or 4x4 accessory sales

- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, 4WD accessories and aftermarket products

- A genuine interest in 4WDs, camping and the outdoors

- Excellent communication, customer service and sales skills

- Ability to confidently identify customer needs and recommend suitable products

- Robust attention to detail and organisational skills

- Ability to multitask and work across different areas of the business

- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

- Current Australian driver's licence

Experience in a dealership parts department or 4WD accessory retail environment will be highly regarded.
