West Coast Conveyor Services (WCCS), in partnership with the Reliable Conveyor Belt Group of Companies, is an independent, Australian-owned conveyor specialist with operations across WA and NSW.

As our WA operations continue to grow, we’re expanding our Perth-based Splicing QA Team and are seeking a senior splicing skilled to support works on an ad-hoc, project-based roster across WA sites.

This role suits an experienced splicer who values flexibility, trust, and technical authority, and wants to focus on QA oversight and supervision rather than constant production work.

- Supervise conveyor belt splicing works and act as the final word on quality

- Conduct belt inspections and conveyor audits across WA sites

- Liaise directly with site representatives and customers as a technical authority

- Lead by example and support high-quality workmanship on site

What you bring to the team

- 10+ years’ experience in conveyor belt splicing

- Strong QA mindset with attention to detail others miss

- Confident, professional communication in customer-facing environments

- Current manual Driver’s Licence and computer literacy (MS Office)

- Pride in your work and comfort operating in a flexible, trust-based role
