We’re looking for a quality Accounts Payable Officer to join our close-knit Finance team at our Head Office based in Burswood.

About the role:

Supported by our Senior Accountant and wider Finance team, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable function, with responsibilities including:

- Managing the accounts payable inbox and internal invoice approval process
- Processing and maintaining supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Preparing weekly creditor payment runs
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and managing queries
- Supporting new supplier onboarding
- Reconciling supplier statements and assisting with month-end reviews
- Identifying opportunities to improve AP processes and efficiencies

What you’ll bring:





- Previous experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment
- Robust attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a close-knit team
- Experience with Netsuite or a similar ERP system is advantageous, but not essential
