An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Associate – Construction Litigation to join a highly regarded national law firm in Brisbane.

Our client has an established reputation across construction, engineering and infrastructure disputes, advising major builders, contractors, developers, principals and insurers on complex, high-value matters throughout Australia.

You will work closely with experienced Partners in a collaborative team, gaining exposure to significant construction and infrastructure projects while continuing to develop your technical expertise and career.

About You

- Minimum 5+ years' post-admission experience, with substantial back-end construction litigation expertise.
- Robust experience managing construction disputes, including contractual claims, defects, delays and payment disputes.
- Excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills, with a commercial approach to dispute resolution.
- Confidence working directly with clients and managing complex matters.
