The Opportunity

We are seeking a Registered Architect or experienced Project Architect to join our Sydney office and lead the design, documentation and delivery of projects across our education, community, heritage and commercial portfolios.

This role offers genuine responsibility, direct client engagement and the prospect to lead projects from briefing through to construction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead projects through all phases from briefing and concept design to construction completion.




- Coordinate consultant teams and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage project programmes, budgets and resources.
- Prepare and review Development Application, Tender and Construction Documentation.
- Undertake Contract Administration and Superintendent services.
- Mentor Architectural Graduates and emerging professionals.
- Maintain high standards of technical quality, documentation and project delivery.

About You

- Registered Architect.
- Minimum 5 years' post-registration experience or equivalent project leadership experience.
- Strong design, documentation and consultant coordination skills.
- Experience managing projects through multiple stages of delivery.
- Sound understanding of NSW planning and building regulations.
- ArchiCAD experience preferred.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- A collaborative, proactive and solution-focused approach.
