The William Inglis Hotel features 23 stunning function spaces alongside a premium dining precinct, highlighted by the sophisticated 1867 Lounge bar and our AGFG Chef Hat-awarded restaurant, The Newmarket Room which seats up to 100 guests.

Responsibilities may include:

- Delivering exceptional à la carte and banquet event menus

- Maintain high culinary standards

- Managing prep, ordering and stock control

- Upholding hygiene, food safety and equipment maintenance

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

- Holding a qualification in commercial cookery or working towards one

- Demonstrated experience in restaurants, events or hotels

- Creativity, consistency and attention to detail in food presentation

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Understanding of HACCP and kitchen compliance standards

- A genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence
