With continued growth, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our civil team.

The Position

We are looking for hardworking and proactive Civil Labourers to work on a variety of projects across the Perth Metro area. Current projects are located in City of Joondalup, Town of Victoria Park, Shire of Mundaring, and City of South Perth. This position will be mainly located in the City of Joondalup but there are times you will be required to work in other areas.

This is a full-time, permanent position with guaranteed hours and the opportunity for overtime during busy periods. You will assist the team with earthworks, trenching, concrete works, and other general civil labouring tasks. You will be required to start and finish at the work site, so reliable transport is essential.

Applicants must hold any valid work visa to be eligible for this position.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Qualifications

- Construction Industry White Card (essential)

- Current HR Class Driver's Licence (essential)

- Quick Cut Ticket (essential)

Experience

- Minimum 2 years' experience working on civil construction sites





- Previous experience working on any construction site is required for this role.

- Understanding of civil construction processes and safe work practices

- Knowledge of underground services (preferred but not essential)

- Basic drainage experience (i.e. setting lids)

Skills

- Strong technical ability to carry out tasks effectively

- Physically fit and capable of manual labour with a good work ethic.

- Team player with a positive attitude

- Willingness to learn, improve, and take initiative

- Ability to solve problems and make resourceful suggestions

- Reliable transport to travel directly to and from job sites

- Awareness and commitment to following Safety, Quality, and Environmental procedures
