Remuneration: $50.85 - $ $51.98 /hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) + Super + NFP Salary Packaging to maximise your take home pay + $1.05 per kilometre travel reimbursement
Location: Grafton region and surrounding suburbs, with occasional travel to Coffs Harbour

How You'll Support Our Clients

- Provide high-quality clinical care including medication management, wound care, catheter care and health assessments, helping clients maintain their health, wellbeing and independence at home.
- Work closely with clients, families and a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised care that supports individual goals, while maintaining strong clinical standards and documentation.

What Makes You A Great Fit





- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Passion for supporting older Australians to live independently, with experience in restorative or reablement-focused care.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
- COVID‑19 vaccination is highly desirable.
