As a key member of our nursing team,



you'll collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary professionals, ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care in a nurturing and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing holistic patient care within the inpatient rehabilitation setting.
- Promoting the development of therapeutic relationships with the aim of facilitating the patient’s rehabilitation goals.
- Supporting the objectives and philosophy of the hospital.
- Contributing to the person’s rehabilitation goals in accordance with Royal Rehab Private Petersham Hospital’s vision, purpose and values.

About you..

We are seeking a self-motivated and friendly individual with:

Essential Criteria:

- Level 3 Certificate and/or undergraduate nursing student.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Demonstrated digital, verbal and written clinical communication with effective interpersonal skills.
- Experience with working in a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to quality improvement, practice development and evidence-based practice.
