About the role

This role is mainly content creation for social and paid ads (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok). You'll be in front of the camera and behind it, coming up with the ideas, filming and editing. You'll also help shape our creative strategy, working out what we should make next and why.

Key responsibilities

- Come up with content ideas, hooks and angles that speak to new and expecting mums
- Film and present content on camera, including educational and behind-the-brand Reels
- Edit your footage into Reels and ads that perform, not just look nice
- Help plan our creative strategy for social and ads, using what's working to guide what comes next
- Keep across trends in the baby and parenting space and bring fresh ideas to the team

About you

- Confident and natural on camera
- Experience creating short-form content,



ideally for a brand
- Strong editing skills in CapCut or similar
- A valuable instinct for what makes content stop the scroll and drive results
- Motivated, outgoing, organised and full of ideas
- Experience making paid ad content for Meta or TikTok (nice to have)
- Experience in ecommerce, baby or parenting brands (nice to have)
- Confident in Canva (nice to have)
