You may be an experienced:

- Dermal therapist, dermal clinician or advanced skin practitioner
- Aesthetic or cosmetic nurse seeking to expand beyond injectables
- Beauty therapist with substantial advanced-treatment experience
- Medical professional with relevant skin, aesthetic or procedural experience
- Clinic owner or self-employed practitioner looking for a flexible new chapter
- Returning-to-work professional with strong relevant experience
- Overseas-qualified clinician, subject to applicable Australian registration and scope-of-practice requirements

Your professional title matters less than your foundation of knowledge, practical competence, judgement and willingness to learn.

What you'll be involved in

- Delivering personalised skin assessments and treatment plans within your qualifications and competencies
- Working with advanced skin technologies and non-injectable aesthetic treatments
- Supporting a philosophy focused on skin health, treatment outcomes and longevity




- Learning established protocols and the founder's approach to treatment selection
- Educating clients and building trusted, long-term relationships
- Maintaining accurate clinical records, treatment standards and safe practice
- Contributing ideas to treatment development and the evolution of the practice

Flexibility, autonomy and opportunity
We recognise that experienced practitioners have different priorities and working preferences.
Possible arrangements include two or three days a week, selected blocks of work, or an alternative roster that suits both parties. The initial engagement is casual, with other arrangements considered where appropriate.
As your competence and familiarity with the practice develop, there may be opportunities to manage your own clinic days, take on greater clinical responsibility and contribute to future practice development or leadership.

What we're looking for
You will bring relevant qualifications and substantial practical experience in skin or aesthetic treatments, a strong understanding of skin health, sound judgement and a professional, client-centred approach.
You are comfortable working independently within your scope, while remaining open to feedback, new technologies and ongoing development.
Current Australian registration or other authorisation will be required where applicable to the duties performed.

Remuneration
A competitive hourly rate and performance-based incentives will be discussed in line with experience, qualifications, responsibilities and the engagement arrangement.
