About the Opportunity
Advance Thinking is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join one of our key enterprise clients and lead the delivery of a significant business and technology transformation initiative.
This is a highly visible role focused on enhancing an existing financial product, with delivery spanning enterprise systems, customer-facing platforms, reporting, business processes and organisational change.
You'll work across multiple business and technology teams, bringing structure, coordination and delivery discipline to a complex project with competing priorities and dependencies.
While the initial focus will be on this initiative, there is potential to take ownership of additional projects during 2027.

The Role
You'll be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, coordinating technical and business workstreams, and ensuring successful implementation and business adoption.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead projects from initiation and planning through to implementation and operational transition.
- Coordinate delivery across SAP, digital platforms, reporting and customer-facing systems.
- Establish and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID registers and governance artefacts.
- Manage dependencies, risks, issues and priorities across multiple delivery teams.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and external partners.
- Lead project governance, including steering committees, executive reporting and financial tracking.
- Manage project scope, change requests and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate business change, communications, training and adoption activities.
- Facilitate decision-making,



remove delivery blockers and maintain project momentum.
- Ensure technical delivery remains aligned with business objectives and customer outcomes.
- Manage implementation readiness, transition activities and project closure.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who can confidently operate across complex enterprise environments and bring together diverse stakeholders to deliver outcomes.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- 8+ years' Project Management experience, delivering medium to large-scale initiatives.
- Solid experience managing projects spanning business and technology workstreams.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors and external delivery partners.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk and governance capability.
- Experience working across Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies, with strong structured delivery discipline.
- Experience coordinating business change, communications, training and implementation activities.
- Confidence engaging with senior business, executive and technology stakeholders.
- Strong working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project and Excel.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with SAP or other large enterprise platforms would be advantageous.

Exposure to financial products, billing, payments, pricing, customer statements, rebates or related business processes would also be highly regarded.

Formal Project Management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 would be beneficial.
