We're a small roofing and plumbing business working predominantly throughout Melbourne's northern suburbs. Our work is predominantly residential and architectural roof plumbing. We work with good builders and good clients who value quality workmanship, and we're selective about the projects we take on. More recently, we've also become increasingly involved in BPC rectification work, which means attention to detail, understanding regulations and standards, identifying why something has failed and knowing how to rectify it properly are becoming increasingly important parts of what we do.

WHAT DOES IT PAY?

That depends on you.

We're not going to put an arbitrary figure on the ad and pretend every roof plumber brings the same experience, knowledge or capability to the table.

If you're highly experienced, know your regulations, can diagnose problems, confidently run jobs and produce exceptional work without someone looking over your shoulder, we're happy to pay accordingly.

If you've got fewer years behind you but you're switched on, excellent with your hands, hungry to learn and have the potential to become an exceptional roof plumber, we're interested in talking to you too.

We'll sit down, have a conversation, understand where you're at and what you're capable of, and discuss remuneration from there.

For the right person, we're prepared to pay what they're worth.

WE'RE HAPPY TO WAIT

This is important.

We're not in a rush.

We're not looking for the first person who applies, and we're not interested in hiring someone simply to put another body on a roof.

We're looking for someone who will genuinely make our team better.

Someone we can trust.

Someone who takes ownership.

Someone who cares about their work.

Someone who's valuable to work alongside.

And hopefully, someone who wants to stick around and grow with us.

If finding that person takes some time, that's completely fine.

The right person is worth waiting for.

SOUND LIKE YOU?

You don't need a beautifully polished resume.

If you've got one, send it through. If you haven't, that's fine too.

Give us a call or get in touch and tell us a bit about yourself.

We'll have a chat over the phone and, if it sounds like there could be a fit, we'll catch up in person.

You might already have a job and simply be wondering whether there's something better out there.

That's fine too. Any conversation will be treated confidentially.

We're much more interested in meeting you, talking about your experience and seeing what you're capable of than reading a piece of paper.

If you're an absolute legend on the roof—or you're determined to become one—we'd like to hear from you
