The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Lawyer to join our growing legal practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys working directly with clients, managing matters independently and providing practical legal solutions to businesses and individuals.

Key duties will include but not limited to:·

- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and business agreements.

- Advise on business acquisitions, sales, restructures and commercial transactions.





- Handle commercial leasing, property-related transactions and contractual matters.

- Provide advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and commercial risks.

- Manage client matters independently from initial instructions through to completion.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

- At least 3 years' post-admission experience in commercial law.

- Strong experience in commercial contracts, business transactions and corporate advisory work.

- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.

- The ability to manage matters independently and meet deadlines.

- A practical, commercially focused approach to legal advice.

- Solid client relationship and business development skills.

- Current admission to practice in Australia and an appropriate practicing certificate.

Salary:

Salary: $130,000 to $155,000 annually exclusive of superannuation
