About the role

Plaspro Enterprises' (trading as Bottles of Australia) is seeking a Warehouse Manager to run our manufacturing site centre in Smeaton Grange, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing all warehouse activities; daily workflow of stock movement within the warehouse's, loading of trucks and ensuring the health and safety standards are maintained at all times.

What you'll be doing

- Stock movement between warehouses (3 warehouses all on one site)

- Stock management using a high reach double deep fork

- Loading of trucks, both incoming and outgoing

- Independent position within the company, but dealing directly with all departments throughout the shift.

- Developing and implementing warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to optimise workflow and productivity

- Overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, maintaining accurate inventory records

- Ordering of packaging components, stock parts and other items.

- Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations

- Collaborating with other departments to align warehouse operations with business objectives

- Implementing and maintaining warehouse management systems and technologies

What we're looking for

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry

- Must be proficient in using both counterbalanced and high reach, double deep forklifts.

- Sound understanding of warehouse operations,



including inventory management, order fulfilment, and distribution logistics

- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

- Excellent communication skills, dealing with all departments of the business

- Proficient in the use of warehouse management software and other relevant technologies

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

- Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety
