- Plan your day and travel between inspection sites

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Detail-focused and thorough. You take pride in doing a job properly, every time.

- Independent and well organised. You manage your time well without close supervision.

- Good with people.

You put people at ease and represent Sharps well wherever you go.

- Open to feedback. You welcome coaching and use it to improve.

- Confident with technology. You’re comfortable using apps and taking photos on your phone.

- Driven by purpose. You want your work to benefit your community.

- Honest and reliable. You act with integrity and take compliance seriously.

What You'll Need

- Availability for jobs between 7:30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday

- A current driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle (we pay a per-kilometre allowance)

- A capable smartphone

- No industry experience needed

The Hours

- Full training and ongoing support from our team

- PPE and equipment supplied

- Flexible casual hours that can work around your other commitments

- A clear, easy-to-learn process with well-defined expectations
