About the role

Brown Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee all aspects of a $20m multi-storey commercial construction project in the Southern Suburbs of Brisbane. This full-time role is key to ensuring the successful delivery of the project to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you'll be doing

- Coordinate and direct all on-site construction activities, including workforce management, scheduling, and quality control

- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely project delivery

- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and challenges that may impact the project schedule or budget

- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the construction team

- Monitor and report on project progress, costs, and key performance indicators

What we're looking for

- Proven track record as a Site Manager in the commercial construction industry





- Previous experience on structures up to 5 x levels

- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment

- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations

- QBCC Open Site Supervisor licence

- Solid leadership and team-building abilities

- Trade qualification
