About the role

As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the store, leading and supporting the team to achieve strong sales results and maintain high standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities

- Leading, motivating and supporting the retail team
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the store
- Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Driving sales and achieving store targets
- Assisting customers with product selection and enquiries
- Supervising staff and allocating daily tasks
- Training and developing team members
- Managing stock levels, replenishment and product displays
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented store
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally

About you

- Previous retail management or supervisory experience




- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong sales and commercial awareness
- The ability to motivate a team and lead by example
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- A robust work ethic and positive attitude
- Good physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual handling when required
