About the Role:

- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients

- Manage a residential property portfolio

- Conduct property inspections (Ingoing, Outgoing and Routine Inspections)

- Coordinate maintenance and compliance

- Manage tenancy matters

- Deliver exceptional customer service
