The role and you:

- Develop and implement the procurement strategy, category plans and annual sourcing pipeline.
- Lead procurement improvement initiatives, including digital tools,



policy updates and capability uplift.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing: market research, tender (RFx) development, evaluation, negotiation and contract award.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, internal policies, and industry standards (e.g. ISO 20400).
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including onboarding, KPIs and service levels, variations, the contract register and expiry.
- Monitor supplier performance, manage underperformance and disputes, and maintain the raafa Contractor Matrix.
- Lead commercial analysis, including total cost of ownership, cost modelling and maximum probable loss scenarios.
- Partner with executives, project managers, legal, finance and operational teams on strategic initiative.

- You will have extensive experience in strategic procurement, complex sourcing and contract management.
- Experience in regulated or high-governance environments.
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Law or a related field.
- Professional procurement certification (e.g. MCIPS).
