ABM Contractors is seeking experienced Underground Coal Operators with ventilation experience to join our underground mining team.

Offering $76/hr, a 7/7 roster and permanent full-time employment, these positions are suited to operators looking for consistent work, competitive pay and long-term opportunities.

We are looking for capable, safety-focused operators who know their way around an underground coal mine, take pride in their work and can contribute to a productive crew.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

- Minimum 12 months' demonstrated underground coal ventilation experience
- Current Standard 11 – Underground & Surface
- Ability to complete Drug & Alcohol Screening within 14 days prior to induction

Desirable:

- QDS and Hand-Held Bolter experience
- LHD tickets and operating experience
- Multi-Bolter tickets and operating experience
- Strong safety awareness and risk management behaviours
