As their Customer Service representative, you will be the face of the company, building strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients and ensuring their logistics needs are met with exceptional service.

Highlights of this role

- Manage a set portfolio of clients, fostering long-term partnerships
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to onboard new clients and provide tailored solutions
- Proactively manage shipments
- Prepare regular reporting
- Attend customer meetings / reviews
- Co-ordination of shipments with transport, shipping lines and destination representatives
- Quotations and reporting, including PO reporting and tracking
- Tracking of all international shipments for your client portfolio





Preferred Requirements:

- Proven experience in a customer service role within Freight Forwarding, with a deep understanding of the industry
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide comprehensive logistical solutions
- Proven track record of effectively interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- A "can-do" attitude, high attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset, able to take ownership of client relationships and use initiative to problem-solve
