J&R; Synergy is growing our electrical workforce across Melbourne and we want to hear from quality electricians.

We’ve got commercial and industrial work on right now and we’re after reliable people who are ready to get into it. Short term, long term or a pathway to something fulltime, we’ll find what suits you and keep you in the loop the whole way through.

What’s on:
Commercial Construction | $50–$54/hr + Travel + OT

- Multi-level office and commercial fitouts
- Data centre works
- Retail and shopping centre projects
- Hospitality and hotel installations
- Education and childcare builds
- Multi-res and apartment construction
- Industrial and warehouse fit outs

Industrial Construction | $52–$60/hr + Travel + OT

- Heavy manufacturing and processing facilities




- Recent plant and equipment installations
- Conveyor and production line works
- Instrumentation, automation and control systems
- Food and beverage processing environments
- Mechanical and HVAC services

Industrial Maintenance | $55–$75/hr | Day and Nightshift

- Planned and reactive maintenance works
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Motors, drives, sensors and control wiring
- PLC and automation experience highly regarded
