About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Pick Packer / Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This role involves operating a forklift, picking and packing orders, and ensuring stock is handled safely and accurately across various temperature-controlled environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate forklift safely (loading/unloading stock)

- Pick and pack orders accurately from order slips

- Work across temperature-controlled zones (chilled, frozen & ambient)

- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before dispatch

- Receive and check incoming deliveries

- Maintain accurate inventory records and complete paperwork

- Follow all safety, OH&S;, and HACCP requirements





- Keep warehouse and work areas clean and organised

- Communicate effectively with team members and drivers

What We’re Looking For

- Valid forklift licence (essential)

- Previous warehouse or pick packing experience (preferred)

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Physically fit (able to lift up to 12.5kg and stand for long periods)

- Basic computer and numeracy skills

- Reliable, punctual, and a team player

- Ability to work in cold environments when required
