Your shift roster

This role operates on a weekly rotating three-shift roster:

· Day shift: 07:50 - 16:00

· Afternoon shift: 15:50 - 00:00

· Night shift: 23:50 - 08:00

What you'll be doing

· Operate and monitor food production and packaging machinery safely and effectively

· Complete quality checks and help ensure products meet San Remo standards

· Identify basic machine issues and assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving

· Work with other operators and team members to meet production schedules

· Complete production paperwork accurately and consistently

· Carry out general food processing, packaging, plant and equipment cleaning duties

About you

We are looking for people who bring the right attitude and are ready to learn. You will ideally have:

· A positive attitude, strong work ethic and reliable approach to attendance and teamwork

· Good attention to detail and willingness to follow quality and safety requirements

· A desire to learn and develop new skills

· A willingness and ability to work a weekly rotating three-shift roster

· Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is welcomed, but not essential - full training will be provided
