The Role

We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Store Persons to join our Toowoomba Distribution Centre. Working across ambient, chilled and freezer environments, this role plays a critical part in ensuring our customers receive the right products on time and in full. Team members will work in temperatures below -15°C using specialised PPE and equipment while contributing to a safe, productive and customer-focused operation.

This casual role is ideal for anyone seeking consistent weekday work—whether you are building a career in warehousing, studying, balancing family commitments or looking for additional hours. The standard start time is 7:00 am, Monday to Friday, and the role is expected to be classified as day work.

As part of our fast-paced warehouse team, you will receive, pick, pack and dispatch goods accurately while maintaining high standards of safety, service and attention to detail.

We are particularly interested in reliable candidates who can support our operational requirements throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

· Accurately pick and pack customer orders

· Receive, inspect and process incoming stock





· Prepare and label products for dispatch

· Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently

· Perform stock counts and stock rotation activities

· Work safely across ambient, chilled and freezer storage areas

· Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment

· Contribute to achieving daily operational targets and service standards

Working Environment

· Work within a modern cold storage and freezer facility

· Appropriate freezer PPE provided

· Temperatures below -15°C

· Rotating duties across ambient, chilled and freezer areas

· Safety-focused operation with comprehensive training provided

About You

You will be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous warehouse experience highly regarded but not essential

• Solid attention to detail and accuracy

• A commitment to workplace safety and safe manual handling practices

• The ability to work in freezer conditions below -15°C using PPE provided

• Physical capability to perform lifting, bending and repetitive tasks

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• A reliable and dependable approach to work

• Availability to work from 7:00 am, Monday to Friday

• Forklift Licence (LF)

Whether you're an experienced warehouse operator or looking to start your career in logistics, we provide training and support to help you succeed. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential

The applicable grade will be determined based on each candidate’s previous experience. Grade 1 is expected to apply to applicants without prior warehouse experience.
