The Role

We're looking for a Mid-Weight Digital Designer with solid UX instincts, robust Figma skills and a high attention to detail to join our team in Melbourne.

In this role, you'll design responsive websites, platforms and digital products, working collaboratively with the design team. You'll help shape wireframes and flows, create detailed design layouts and contribute to the evolution of our design systems.

We're after someone who takes pride in their work, thinks in journeys not just layouts and brings the kind of energy that makes projects better, for the team and the client.

What you'll be doing

- Designing thoughtful, user-centred interfaces and designs for websites, digital platforms and online campaigns

- Translating UX inputs (IA, flows, research) into high-quality design outputs

- Creating clean,



scalable files in Figma using components, auto-layout and prototyping

- Working with the design (and wider) team to bring ideas to life

- Contributing to and evolving shared design systems and component libraries

- Supporting QA, refinements and developer handover to ensure design fidelity

- Presenting your work with clarity and confidence, internally or to clients

What we're looking for

- 3-5 years of experience in digital design (agency or similar environment)

- Strong working knowledge of Figma (auto-layout, components, libraries, prototyping)

- Solid UX understanding (flows, hierarchy, responsiveness, accessibility basics)

- High attention to detail – layout, spacing, consistency and overall craft

- Confidence working across the full design process – from concept to refinement

- A collaborative, positive mindset with strong communication skills

Bonus points for

- Experience designing for CMS platforms (e.g. Craft CMS, WordPress, etc.)

- Exposure to usability testing or user research

- Some branding or motion/interaction design experience

- Familiarity with SEO, accessibility, or performance design considerations
