Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventor Designer/Draftsperson to join Parratech. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality, coordinated design solutions, ensuring models are accurate, functional, and delivered within project timeframes.

Responsibilities:

- Lead design activities across multiple projects
- Develop detailed fabrication drawings and 3D models
- Develop all required fabrication drawings to successfully manufacture all required parts
- Produce designs that are fully functional for: Fabrication, Manufacturing, Transport and Cost Efficiency
- Liaise with engineers, project managers and factory to coordinate design outcomes
- Attend and actively contribute to fabrication workshops
- Ensure design outputs meet project specifications, company standards, and industry requirements
- Monitor progress against timelines and ensure deliverables are met on schedule
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of design workflows and processes

Key Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Inventor




- Solid understanding of structural steel design and fabrication methods
- Knowledge of fabrication processes and requirements
- Practical understanding of construction site operations
- Solid coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and deliver within project timeframes
