About the role

Blume Academy is a family-owned and operated early learning Centre, purpose-built to cater to children aged 0–5 years. With a capacity of 96 places, our Centre is designed to deliver high-quality education and care within a warm, welcoming, and family-focused environment. Conveniently located in Sydney’s Inner West, we’re just a short walk from public transport including train and bus services.

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Educators to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new Centre where your voice is valued, and your impact is real.

As an educator at Blume, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the early years of children’s lives through meaningful, play-based learning experiences. You’ll create engaging, age-appropriate programs that spark curiosity, encourage exploration, and support each child’s unique development and well-being. Your ability to build trusting, respectful relationships with children and their families will help foster a strong sense of belonging and partnership within our community. Working closely with a supportive, inclusive team, you’ll contribute to a collaborative and positive culture where your voice is heard and valued. Your Opportunity

- Programming in relation to the service cycle of planning, observing, documenting, interpreting, and evaluating the children’s progress.

- Support changes and growth in our Centre.

- Gain experience working with different age groups in our 6 rooms.

- Be supported by the Education Leader, Lead Educators and the Management Team

- Join a collaborative and fun team
