The Opportunity

As the Senior Financial Analyst (Customer Delivery), you will partner with leaders across the business to provide commercial insights, financial analysis and performance reporting that influence decision-making and improve business outcomes. This is an opportunity to work at the centre of a major operational portfolio, supporting initiatives that help shape the future of Canberra's essential infrastructure.

You are a commercially minded finance professional who can translate financial data into practical business insights. With strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative approach, you build trusted relationships, influence decision-making and help drive performance improvements across the business.

You enjoy working in a dynamic operational environment and are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to an organisation that delivers services essential to the Canberra community.

Success in this Role Will Be Supported By





- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline.
- CPA or CA ANZ membership, or progress towards completion.
- Experience in finance business partnering, management accounting, commercial analysis or a similar role.
- Robust capability in budgeting, forecasting, financial performance reporting and analysis.
- Experience supporting business cases, investment decisions and commercial initiatives.
- Knowledge of procurement, contract management and commercial governance principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience working with large ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
