Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all hardware and software systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems
Manage and maintain our organization’s website and other online platforms




Provide technical support to staff members and assist with training on recent systems and software
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT and make recommendations for improvements to our systems and processes

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience in IT support or coordination
Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and network systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
