Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Services Manager to join their growing accounting and advisory practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader who enjoys building strong client relationships, mentoring teams, and driving operational excellence.

Reporting directly to the Partners, you'll lead the Business Services team, oversee client delivery and play a key role in the firm's continued growth.

Key responsibilities will include:
Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing Business Services team
Manage workflow, resources and team performance to ensure timely, high-quality client outcomes
Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing proactive tax, accounting and business advisory services
Review and prepare financial statements, tax returns, BAS and other compliance obligations for a diverse client base
Research and resolve complex accounting and taxation matters




Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities to add value to clients
Collaborate with Partners and leadership to achieve strategic business objectives

Requirements:
Current experience as a Business Services Manager (or Assistant Manager ready to step up) within an Australian public practice firm
CA/CPA qualified
Strong technical tax and business services knowledge
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Previous experience leading and mentoring a team
Xero proficiency and strong cloud accounting experience
