We are hiring Full time and Christmas Casual Retail Sales Assistants for our Canberra store. Help deliver excellent customer service during our store reopening and busy festive season.

Your responsibilities
Provide friendly, attentive customer service and personalised product recommendations.
Maintain a positive attitude towards learning and continuously update your knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, ingredients and current products.
Actively engage customers, recommend complementary products and work towards individual and store sales targets.
Attend confirmed rostered shifts reliably and on time. If illness or an emergency prevents attendance, notify your store manager promptly and follow the absence reporting procedure.
Process transactions accurately and explain promotions and offer conditions.
Receive deliveries, replenish stock and report stock discrepancies.
Maintain attractive displays, accurate pricing and clean, organised testers.




Keep the store clean, tidy and ready for customers.
Follow store procedures, support your teammates and complete assigned tasks.

What we’re looking for
A strong interest in skincare, cosmetics and Korean beauty.
Confident communication and a proactive approach to sales.
Reliability, teamwork and willingness to learn.
Availability for weekend shifts, with public holiday availability preferred.
For Christmas casual applicants, availability during the busy November–January period, including Black Friday, Christmas trading and Boxing Day.
Retail or beauty experience preferred.
