Summary:

Responsibilities:
Knowledge of Italian cuisine and Coffee, wine, cocktails
Work All-rounder with the Team




Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and seating areas
Engage with customers to provide excellent service and recommend menu items
Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks
Excellent customer service skills
A passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about the industry
