MELBOURNE COACHES - BE PART OF OUR FIRST LINE-UP

Find My Sports Coach | Melbourne and surrounding suburbs

You know the moment. A player finally nails a skill. A quiet kid finds their confidence. A team starts believing in itself.

That’s what outstanding coaching does. And that’s why we’re building our roster.

Find My Sports Coach is a new sports coach recruitment service, built by sports industry professionals and coaches ourselves. Ahead of our full launch, we’re inviting Melbourne coaches to join our founding network.

Our aim is simple: help schools and clubs find coaches who fit their sport, their people and their culture - and help coaches find the right workplace to do what they do best.

Bring your sport. Bring your style.

Basketball, netball, AFL, football, tennis, rowing, cricket or another sport - we’d love to hear what you bring.

You might be an experienced club coach, a qualified teacher, a university student with coaching experience, or someone taking the next step in your coaching career. We’re interested in how you teach, communicate and bring out the best in others.

Why join our founding roster?
Free to join. No fee for screening or standard matching.
Built by coaches. A team that understands the work you do.

Your profile stays private. No public directory or published contact details.
Personal connections. Future matching will consider your experience, availability and coaching style.
You choose. We ask before introducing you to a named school or club.
You keep your coaching pay. Hiring organisations will engage and pay coaches directly.

We’re looking for reliable, positive people who care about safe, inclusive sport and helping others improve.

What happens next?

Tell us your sport, suburb, coaching experience and availability. As onboarding opens, we’ll be in touch about a 15-minute conversation to get to know you. Relevant qualifications, first aid and Working with Children Checks will be reviewed during later onboarding.

Let’s build something positive for coaching.

This is an expression of interest for future opportunities, not an advertised vacancy or a guarantee of work, hours or pay. Joining the roster does not verify a coach.
