We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer focused casual bottle shop attendant to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

About the Role
Assist customers with purchases and product recommendations.
Provide friendly and productive customer service.
Maintain stock levels, restock shelves and keep the bottle shop clean and presentable.
Process sales and handle cash and EFTPOS transactions.
Ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times.
Assist with general bottle shop operations as required

About You
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is essential.
Previous retail or bottle shop experience is an advantage.
Wine knowledge and the ability to recommend wines to customers are desirable.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, honest and well-presented, with a robust work ethic.
Versatile availability, including weekends and some evenings.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $49.00 per hour
