What You'll be Doing
Ensure a secure working workplace for both staff and guests, with safety as the top priority across all front-of-house (FOH) operations.
Collaborate with the entire team to uphold excellence in all FOH service standards.
Maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment, with a strong focus on guest-facing presentation and hygiene.
Support the business in setting and achieving clear financial goals, contributing to overall operational success.
Understand and comply with liquor licensing regulations,



and promptly report any potential issues during shifts to the manager on duty.

What You’ll Bring:
Experience in premium casual dining or large, fast-paced venues
A warm smile, confident presence, and genuine passion for guest service
The ability to stay calm and focused in high-energy environments
Valid RSA certification (essential)

Applicants must have current Australian working rights.
Hold a valid RSA, and willing to obtain Food Safety Certificate when required
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
