Pro Crack Seal is a specialist, niche provider focusing solely on the preventative maintenance of cracks in roads, pavements, and high-cost infrastructure across Western Australia. Our projects range from residential streets and carparks to major highways and airport runways.

We are currently looking for a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Offsider / Civil Labourer to join our team and assist with our growing pipeline of crack sealing works.

The Role

Working closely with the lead operator, you will be a vital part of a small, efficient team. This is a physically demanding outdoor role that requires a robust work ethic and an eye for detail.

Your daily responsibilities will include:
Preparing asphalt surfaces and cracks using air compressors, heat lances, and wire brushes.
Assisting with the operation and maintenance of specialized crack sealing machinery and equipment.
Safely handling and applying hot-pour rubberized sealant materials.
Setting up and packing down worksites, including basic traffic management layout/cones.
Assisting with the secure operation of utility vehicles and support equipment.
Ensuring strict adherence to on-site safety, quality, and environmental procedures.





What We Are Looking For
Reliability & Punctuality: You show up on time for physical labour, lifting, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Safety First Mindset: A solid commitment to workplace health and safety.
License & Transport: A valid Australian Driver’s License and reliable transport to get to the yard.
White Card: A current Construction Induction White Card is mandatory.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel for regional projects across WA and work flexible hours/overtime when required.
Experience: Previous experience in civil construction, road maintenance, or asphalt works is a major plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn is just as important.

Pay: From $32.84 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 40.0 per week
