DOOR TO DOOR TEAM MANAGER - SOLAR AND BATTERY

Want to build and lead your own team?

We’re expanding our solar sales business and looking for a motivated Team Manager to establish and grow a door-to-door lead-generation team for Gold Coast and northern NSW.

This is an chance for someone who enjoys working with people, understands performance-based sales and wants to build a productive team.

YOUR ROLE
Recruit and train door-to-door lead generators.
Build and manage a local team.
Initially work alongside your team in the field.
Monitor daily activity, appointments and performance.
Maintain lead quality and appointment standards.
Grow the team as results justify expansion.
Report directly to the sales manager.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience in door-to-door sales, lead generation or team leadership.
Confident recruiting, coaching and motivating people.
Solid communication and organisational skills.
Results-focused and comfortable working in the field.
Reliable, ambitious and keen to build something long-term.

Solar experience is an advantage, but not essential.
