Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service and a warm welcome to all attendees.
Registration Support: Assist with guest check-ins, scanning tickets, and distributing name badges.
Crowd Management: Act as an usher to guide guests, answer inquiries, and ensure a smooth event flow.

Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in the events, hospitality, or customer service industry.
Communication: Fluent English with exceptional verbal communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Robust computer literacy (accurate typing and spelling are essential for registration tech).
Presentation: Professional, polished, and well-groomed appearance.
Reliability:



Strict commitment to punctuality and arriving fully prepared for assigned shifts.
RSA and WCC are desired
