As a Property Valuer / Shareholder, you'll build a national valuation service with something most new businesses spend years trying to establish - clients.

This financial advisory group has nearly 10,000 clients nationally, including more than 2,000 with property assets. They're looking for an ambitious Valuer to turn that existing demand into a profitable national service, with salary and profit share offering anticipated first-year OTE above $200,000.

The Role Predominantly non-mortgage advisory valuations, with the chance to build the systems, team and capability as the division grows.

Approximately 95% residential valuations, with commercial and specialised assets making up the balance.

Financial reporting, taxation, SMSF and transaction due diligence valuations.

Work from internally generated client opportunities rather than building a book from scratch.





Develop efficiencies and automation with the support of an existing 80-person team.

Build a national valuation offering, with the chance to recruit as the service grows.

The Team You'll work directly with the founders, who are personally invested in establishing the division and will provide business management coaching and mentoring.

Experience AAPI CPV or RICS qualified.

Robust residential valuation background.

Multi-state or national valuation experience highly regarded.

Commercial ambition to build and lead a service line.

Point Cook preferred, or Melbourne CBD.
