From founder sell-downs to private equity buyouts, you’ll lead the due diligence and run the client relationship from first call to completion.

The work spans buy-side, vendor and pre-lend deals, plus the odd IPO, with M&A;, valuations and tax specialists in the same corporate finance group, so you see how a deal comes together from every side. Add a deals team that’s growing quick, a culture people hear about from friends long before they apply, versatile working you can plan your life around, and deal work that rarely eats into your weekends. And it’s Sydney, where Saturdays start at the beach. If you want somewhere to build a long career, this is a solid one to pick.

What you’ll do
Lead due diligence engagements day to day, from scoping through to the final report
Be the main contact for private equity, corporate and founder clients
Review and shape the quality of earnings,

net debt and working capital analysis

Work with tax and valuations colleagues on the issues that move a deal

About you
CA, ACA or CPA qualified
