We are seeking a motivated, energetic and customer-focused Front Office Manager to join our team and drive the day-to-day operations of a large Motel composed of accommodation rooms of various configurations.

As a hands-on Front Office Manager you will drive performance & oversee revenue growth, guest experiences, whilst ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

The remuneration package includes a competitive salary.

This position is based in Rutherford, NSW.

YOU MUST ALREADY BE BASED IN AUSTRALIA.

This role is ideally suited to an individual with solid business acumen seeking an enjoyable and challenging work setting in a growing regional Australian town.

It will both challenge and reward you if you are able to increase the service & presentation standards, improve the customer focussed culture and achieve the KPIs.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing daily operations of sales & marketing, reservations, and reception.
Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction




Managing budgets, financial reporting and cost control
Managing sales channels through Protel including Siteminder, Booking.com, Expedia, GDS and other booking channels
Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue.

The ideal candidate(s) will possess the following skills and qualifications:
Previous experience in motel or accommodation
Experience and hands-on skills are a mandatory requirement
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Computer skills including knowledge Microsoft Office suite, Protel PMS, Siteminder, Booking.com, Expedia, GDS & other booking channels
